Heavy and thick as hell. Think Crafter's IKTPQ days mashed into his Carpathian stint. No doubt, Confession are heavy, the music is thick as the heat Hardcore produces. Standouts are Ice Ice Baby, and Pump Up The Jam. It's sad, however, to see some of the earlier demo songs featured on their Myspace page (the songs were listed as Untitled) not included here. Maybe we'll see them surface again, polished up for the new full length October 9th! This record shows why Michael Crafter is one of the more forefront personalities in the hardcore scene in Australia, given his extensive background and many contributions, not to mention his growing "Empire" (his own label, lucrative sponsorship deals etc). Only wish he would get himself back to do a one off with Carpathian, aka like IKTPQ. PS - Crafter is good mates with Lindsay McDougall FYI

so metal-core/mosh-core shit isn't my thing and thats cool.. it'll pass soon enough just like nu-metal did.. But I draw the line when a band like this decides to cover a Frenzal Rhomb track. IT'S JUST FUCKING WRONG!!! I'm guessing this started as a fun idea in the rehearsal room and it should have stayed there. Its a real shame such a legendary punk band like Frenzal has to be associated with Confession against their will
