Returns and Refund Policy
Fist2Face make every effort to package our items to ensure a safe delivery. All postage is done through Australia Post, with the option for express posting if desired. Fist2Face will be happy to exchange any faulty items within 30 days of purchase.
Customers returning items must be aware that they will pay all postage costs in returning the stock to us for inspection. Fist2Face will assess the item and its faults and will decide at their discretion if the item should be refunded according to the terms below. Compact Discs (CDs), videos and Digital Versatile Discs (DVDs) will only be accepted as a return if a manufacturing fault can be proven by Fist2Face. Clothing items can only be returned if they were incorrectly shipped or if a manufacturer's fault exists. Washed or worn items cannot be returned.
If you would like to exchange a clothing item for another size or design, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information

Details of request - (what size you originally ordered, what size or design you would like to swap for)
We will email you back with more information and instructions. Be aware that postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless of course the wrong size was sent by Fist2Face.
If an item is found to be faulty, an exchange will only be made for the same item. Customers are not permitted to exchange for other items.
Fist2Face does not provide cash refunds.
